Engineers Registration Act, Cap. 63

⚖ Primary Act Act No. 15 of 1997 Amended — Act No. 24 of 2007
This is the foundational Act of Parliament - The Engineers Registration Act, Chapter 63 of the Revised Laws of Tanzania. It legally establishes the Engineers Registration Board, mandates its powers and functions, outlines criminal penalties for practising without registration, and serves as the legal source from which all other rules, regulations, and guidelines listed here derive their authority. Every registered engineer, technician, and consulting firm in Tanzania is regulated under this Act.
